Returns & Cancellations
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or shipped in error. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment if you asked us to ship in spite of the weather forecast, or wine that is ordered in error. We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition.
You may cancel general merchandise orders prior to fulfillment, generally 24 hours after order was placed on shipped product, or up until the time picked up in our Tasting Room. Wine or Wine Club orders cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded after they have been billed. Please check notification emails and make adjustments prior to billing date.
