April Sip and Cook: Flatbreads for pizza and dips

Join us in the Above the Rush kitchen’s pizza oven as we make flatbread pizzas and hummus from scratch with our winemaking family using our wines, olive oils and fresh, local ingredients. We will make the flatbreads and hummus together and you can decide to make pizza or flatbreads for dipping or both!

All materials, recipe and instructions for making homemade flatbread pizzas and hummus.
Sip through the paired wines (equals about 1-2 glasses) while we cook. And samples to enjoy out on the patio with a glass of wine.
