March Sip and Cook: Pasta, Alfredo and Pesto

New twists on cooking with our winemaking family using our wines, olive oils and fresh, local ingredients. We will make homemade pasta together from scratch, and three different sauces: Ryan’s Albariño Alfredo, Syrah Tomato, and Aloria Orchards EVOO Pesto.
Your $30 ticket includes:
All materials, recipe and instructions for making homemade pasta, Ryan’s Abariño Alfredo Sauce, a Syrah Tomato, and a fresh green pesto utilizing fresh in-season greens (TBD) and our Aloria EVOO with enough to enjoy in class and a sample or two to take home.
Sip through the paired wines (equals about 1-2 glasses) while we cook.
